The five beliefs
Introducing the core of Pretty Sisters.
Named in Think Pretty: You are pretty. You are not alone. You can do it. You are meant for joy. Love is the answer. Sit with each one. Then take it into TEA Time.

You are pretty
Kindness is your true beauty.
When Callie’s older sisters nicknamed her Pretty, they weren’t talking about her looks. They were protecting her worth. Pretty is a way of seeing — yourself, and every woman beside you.
Practice
Say it out loud today: I am pretty. Not because I am polished. Because I am kind, and I belong.

You are not alone
Sisterhood is the antidote to comparison.
Comparison shrinks us. Friendship expands us. Pretty Sisters is a place to stop performing and start belonging — with women who will tell you the truth and still cheer the loudest.
Practice
Text one woman today and tell her something true: I see you. I’m with you. Let’s not do this alone.

You can do it
Confidence is a decision you practice.
Dreaming is the first step. Belief is the fuel. You do not have to feel ready to begin. Evidence of your courage is already in your life — you just have to look for it.
Practice
Write three receipts: times you did the hard thing anyway. Let those receipts argue with the fear.

You are meant for joy
Joy is not a reward. It is a way of living.
Kitchen dance parties. Girls trips. Late-night talks. Joy is not the opposite of a serious life — it is how a serious life stays alive. Choose it even when it is hard.
Practice
Put on a song and dance in the kitchen for one song. No audience required. Miss y’all energy, on purpose.

Love is the answer
Lead with love. The rest rearranges.
Think Pretty is God-centered and faith-affirming, and it is welcoming to every woman. Love — of God, of your people, of yourself — is the belief that holds the others.
Practice
Ask, before you speak or scroll: is this love? If it isn’t, choose again.
