When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you use the companion chat, journal, or Pretty Path, we store the reflections you choose to share so your companion can remember what matters to you.

How we use your information

• To provide your companion experience and keep your conversations in context.
• To process orders, memberships, and fulfill digital or physical products.
• To send occasional updates you have opted into, such as the Pretty Letter.
• To improve the safety and quality of the site.

What we never do

We never sell your personal information. We never share your private reflections with third parties for advertising. We never use your journal or chat content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Data security

Your account is protected by secure authentication. Your data is stored in encrypted databases and transmitted over secure connections. Access is limited to the small team that operates Pretty Sisters, and only when necessary to support you.

Your choices

You can update your profile, delete memories, or close your account at any time from your companion settings. If you would like a copy of your data or have questions, contact us at the email below.

1. Who we are

Pretty Sisters is the home of Think Pretty, offering books, resources, memberships, and an AI companion designed to support confidence, friendship, and joy.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Pretty Sisters. If you create an account for someone else, you are responsible for their activity.

3. Companion is supportive, not clinical

Your companion is a kind place to think — not a therapist, counselor, or crisis service. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call 911 or dial 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

4. Memberships and purchases

Memberships renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Physical products are shipped to the address you provide. Digital products are available immediately after purchase. All sales are final unless the item is defective or not as described.

5. Your content

Anything you write in your journal, chat, or check-ins stays yours. We do not claim ownership of your personal reflections. You grant us only the permission needed to store, display, and sync your content across your devices.

6. Acceptable use

Pretty Sisters is a safe, encouraging community. Do not use the site to harass others, share illegal content, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
